TECHNICAL POSITIONS
Solution Architect (Senior System Analyst) - as advertised in ST
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related study.
- An expert in Microsoft SharePoint 2003/2007 and MOSS technologies including web part development, site definitions and features.
- At least one engagement, in an architecture role, working with MOSS and multiple engagement working with SharePoint 2003.
- Broad experience with .NET Framework: C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET. XML, Web Services, VSS, SQL Server.
- Hands On experience integrating Enterprise Workflow and Web forms with Sharepoint.
- Senior engineer or architect with at least 5 years of direct experience with web application development.
- At least 3-4 years experience in the definition and implementation of software architectures.
- Enterprise-level architecture background with practical experience in portal and integration.
- Ability to communicate in detail how a solution will integrate into the large technical problem space for large complex enterprise.
- Demonstrate experience developing solution architecture.
- Experience with BizTalk and Enterprise Content Management solution such as Filenet, Documentum etc would be advantageous.
- Innovative and resourceful.
- Possess MCPD on Microsoft .Net/Sharepoint or any other relevant certifications would be advantageous.
Senior System Analyst / System Analyst - as advertised in ST
Manage the development and maintenance of one or more business applications and ensure project delivery within cost and quality expectation.
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related study.
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in Microsoft SharePoint 2003/2007 and MOSS.
- technologies including web part developments and customizing templates etc.
- At least 3 - 4 years of working experience with .NET Framework: C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET. XML, Web Services, VSS, SQL Server.
- Possess good experience developing web application, Web Forms, integrating Calendars and Enterprise Workflows using MOSS (including MOSS 2007).
- Experience in integrating Enterprise Content Management solution such as Filenet, Documentum etc will be advantageous.
- Experience with BizTalk a plus.
- Possess MCPD on Microsoft .Net/Sharepoint or any other relevant certifications would be advantageous.
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.

SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST
Manage the development and maintenance of one or more business applications and ensure project delivery within cost and quality expectation.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Communicate, influence, persuade and lead by example, the core values of the company.
- Manage the full SDLC of one or more concurrent projects independently, including resource planning, timeline, checkpoints and cost to ensure timely and quality delivery of services to customers (internal and/or external).
Recommend project approach and technology/tools to be used.
- Analyse, design, program, test, document and maintain IT systems or applications.
Research and evaluate new technology tools for relevance and feasibility for adoption
- Provide technical advice to customers (internal and/or external) in technology products/solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to team members, and guides staff on project management skills, system design and programming.
- Understand the interdependencies of the services (application, system, network and database) and is able to pin-point problem areas accurately to improve overall efficiency.
- Consistently share information on best practices and technology trends and give recommendation on best practices for business operations.
Requirements:
You should possess a Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 5-8 years experience in systems analysis, design, programming and project management; Weblogic Application Server, Elixir, Oracle DB, LDAP, MQ Series and iPlanet Web Server.
SYSTEMS ANALYST
Analyse, design, develop and maintain of IT applications, including documentation and post-implementation customer support.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Analyse, design, program, test, document and maintain IT systems or application.
- Gather systems requirements from customers (internal and/or external) and ensure users sign-off requirements specification.
- Provide maintenance support to customers (internal and/or external) by investigating and rectifying reported systems shortcomings.
- Analyse requests for enhancements/changes and write amendment/ program specification.
- Update system documentation.
- Perform and manage stages of the SDLC and participates in the systems review with Project Manager.
- Understand the interdependencies of the services (application, system, network and database) and able to pin-point problem areas accurately to improve overall efficiency.
- Design and document system architecture and propose appropriate technologies and tools required to implement systems; and ensure users sign-off design specification.
- Use development tools to develop applications for better productivity.
- Develop test cases, conduct load test and tune the performance of systems to meet SLAs.
- Deploy systems to production and provide post-implementation support.
- Document Users' Guide and Systems Manual.
- Conduct briefing and training sessions to users.
- Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues in their work.
- Keep abreast of technological advancement, emerging standards and new software or hardware solutions that may affect decisions on systems building or enhancements.
Requirements:

SYSTEMS ANALYST/SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST (DotNet)
- Must possess degree in IT related disciplines from recognized institutions.
- Must have prior working experience in C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL (preferably 2 years or more).
- Must have stayed in Singapore for at least 2 years.
- MCPD are preferred.
- Singaporeans are preferred.
SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER (Healthcare)
Purpose:
Perform software blackbox testing to complement the whitebox testing by the developers so as to enhance the quality of the systems/programs.
Perform Performance profiling and load testing of the system for system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing test plan which defines the test approach, test technique and test strategies.
- Develop test cases, test scenarios, test plans and test scripts based on the inputs such as customers requirements, test plan/test approach/test technique/test strategies given.
- Work with designers and developers on test and related activities, including defect tracking, reporting, rework and retest.
- Conduct tests as per script and include required regression testing.
- Compile Test Reports on the test results and recommendations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in software development with interest in software testing.
NETWORK/SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST
Providing network infrastructure to presale/sales team based on requirement gathered. Participate in proposal preparation and pricing.
Perform post sale project implementation.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Provide network related support to presale/sales team based on requirement gathered.
- Perform post sale network/security infrastructure implementation, testing and commissioning.
- Experience in designing complex LAN and small- large LAN/WAN, VoIP and/or IP Telephony, routing/switching, incl. BGP, OSPF, etc.
- Knowledge in Security (firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL), Content Networking (cache, load balancer, F5, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Project Management concept.

Minimum Qualification:

ORACLE APPLICATION SERVER ADMINISTRATOR (MIDDLEWARE ADMIN)/ORACLE MIDDLEWARE ADMINISTRATOR
Required skills:
- Three years of administration experience in internet technologies including web servers and J2ee application Servers.
- Must have excellent administration skills on Oracle Portal/ Application server or Oracle HTTP Server.
- Experience in working with enterprise environment supporting 24/7 production applications.
Candidate with knowledge in any of the following additional skillset will have added advantage:
- Oracle BPEL
- Oracle SOA (old product name : BEA Aqualogic Data Service/Service Bus)

Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate is responsible for installation, configuration, administering web application environments.
- Involve in project implementation and pre-system launch support.

Technical Support Associate (Healthcare)
Requirements:

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CALL CENTER)
Responsibilities:
- Technical troubleshooting of application problems reported by customers, and handles customer enquiries pertaining to our applications.
- Maintains updated and accurate system(s) to track reported customer’s enquiry, problem and resolution.
- Generates management reports.
- Provides onsite installation and support to customers.
- Provides assistance and guidance to junior colleagues.
Acts as “tester” to business units prior to product roll-out to help ensure quality of product rolled out.
- Maintains an updated customer list of all front-end software issued.
- Assists in the review of operational procedures and workflow and suggest improvements.
Requirements :
You should possess a Polytechnic Diploma in IT or Business and 2 years of Call Centre experience.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (ADMINISTRATION)
Responsibilities:
- Handles pre and post sales customer administration e.g. registration, password reset, GIRO application, etc.
- Administers, updates and maintains accurate user account profile and information for service access, including maintenance of subscriber’s service agreement/contracts and related documentation.
- Ensures efficient and effective documentation for ease of retrieval of information.
- Assists in the review of operational procedures and workflow and suggest improvements.
Requirements :
GCE ‘O’ levels with 2 years of administrative experience in a sales or marketing area.
ACCOUNTANT / SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (FINANCIAL ANALYSIS)
Division/Department: Corporate Finance
Reports to: Finance Manager
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Performs financial evaluation of the company’s performance including variance analysis, and provides inputs on actual performance for decision making.
- Coordinates the budgeting exercise with line managers.
- Managing and providing assistance to overseas accountants.
- Evaluates investment proposals, alliances and review of pricing of the company’s products.
- Performs project costing, tracking and analysis.
- Initiates reviews and recommends process improvements particularly in areas where there is a financial impact.

Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Finance.
Supervision Received:

Finance Manager (Accounting and Reporting)
Purpose:
As a key member of the Finance team, the Accounting and Reporting Manager reports to the Group’s Head of Finance. Leading a team of qualified accountants and experienced accounting professionals, his key roles include financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury and business support and advisory.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the consolidation and reporting of Group’s financial performance.
- Analysis of company’s and local subsidiaries’ performance and provide information on variances and areas for further review.
- Manage the accounts payables, receivables and treasury functions and ensure efficient use of cash resources.
- Continuous review of Oracle financial system and finance processes to ensure that these systems and processes support business goals and improve work productivity.
- Review internal controls and ensure proper controls are in place.
- Liaise and work with external parties such as bankers, auditors, government agencies.

Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or professional accountancy qualification (eg ACA).
Experience required:
- 10 years’ experience including 5 years in management capacity in the IT industry. At least 5 years experience as a senior accountant or manager.
- Candidates with strong financial accounting experience in a managerial or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Candidates should have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Ability to cope with changes is essential.
Telemarketer
To perform the following tasks:
- Handle all aspects of a telemarketing function including cold calls, prospecting and database research.
- Arrange appointments with prospect.
- Record changes to contact details on a database and note follow-up action.
- Maintain statistics of calls made and successes achieved.
- Submit periodic reports on telemarketing activities and results.
- Receive calls and provide information, complete a sale, to do follow-ups, or assist with any problems.
Requirements:
- Ability to speak fluent English. Possess good phone etiquette, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with people from all levels. Meticulous and organized.
