This solution facilitates eLitigation by allowing court documents to be prepared and filed electronically, authenticated and processed for acceptance by the court registry. It also stores retrieves and updates documents for hearing, and allows the documents to be electronically served between law firms – all through a single, integrated and seamless system.
Our solution combines in the benefits of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), workflow and imaging, and Portable Document Format (PDF) to facilitate the management and transmission of documents between the judiciary and law firm. Implementation
Supreme and Subordinate Courts of Singapore
CrimsonLogic implemented the world’s first nationwide paperless civil litigation system for the Singapore Judiciary in 1999. Prior to its implementation, it used to take up to six years to conclude a case. Now hearing dates are available within three months of parties being ready, and more than half of writs filed are concluded within 6 months.
