Manila, PHILIPPINES, 6 May 2004 – Application service provider CrimsonLogic Phils. Inc. signed a memorandum of understanding with data and communications carrier BayanTel that defines their joint venture in the re-design and networking for an interactive e-learning module aimed at supporting the Government's nationwide anti-drug campaign.
