
New name accentuates CrimsonLogic's commitment to internationalisation and expansion of service offerings.
Singapore, 14 August 2002 – Singapore Network Services (SNS) Pte Ltd announces that it will officially change its company-registered name to CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd on 15 August 2002, exactly one year from the birth of its new corporate brand - CrimsonLogic. This is in line with the company's efforts to advance its global branding strategy by bringing its IT expertise, domain knowledge and services further into the overseas market.
Since introducing CrimsonLogic as a corporate brand on 15 August 2001, the company has aggressively expanded operations and service offerings in Asia and around the world. The company has opened 5 offices in important markets, including China, North America, Australia and the Middle East. Collective staff strength in CrimsonLogic international offices, including its headquarters in Singapore, totals 510 as of 1 August 2002.
Mr V Mathivanan, chief executive officer of CrimsonLogic, said, “CrimsonLogic continues to challenge conventions behind the tedious work processes of businesses and governments. We do this with discipline, precision and passion. This, in essence, is what the CrimsonLogic brand embodies.”

To signify the change in name, a new corporate website will be launched on 15 August 2002 at http://www.crimsonlogic.com. The company will also launch an advertisement campaign to announce its name change over the next two months.
