Singapore, 18 January 2007 - Leading IT solutions provider, CrimsonLogic, today announced the official launch of its subsidiary, CrimsonLogic eTrade Services Pte Ltd (CrimsonLogic eTrade). The wholly-owned subsidiary of CrimsonLogic aims to provide the private sector in the trade and logistics segment with services to facilitate businesses to complete critical trade documentation and communication quickly and accurately.
Commencing operations on 1 January 2007, CrimsonLogic eTrade offers a comprehensive suite of electronic trade management solutions that include Trade Declaration, Procurement, Freight Documentation, Trade Insurance and Trade Finance to its customers. These solutions provide seamless exchange and sharing of information for business transactions and communications, thereby enabling businesses to manage their core business more effectively and enhancing their competitive advantage.

As part of its dedication to excellent service to its customers, CrimsonLogic eTrade features a 24x7 dedicated helpdesk that serves as the business support centre for customer enquiries and troubleshooting. Its data centre infrastructure also provides disaster recovery services to ensure that customers’ data is protected and can be retrieved quickly to resume operations.
CrimsonLogic eTrade will also act as a Value-Added Service Provider (VAS) providing front-end linkages to TradeXchange® for end-users. TradeXchange® is a project awarded to CrimsonLogic by the Singapore Government, and will serve as a neutral IT platform to facilitate electronic exchange of information with the trade and logistics industry.
