The Performa Philosophy
Performa empowers organizations to develop, deploy and manage mission-critical transactional business web applications easily. This brings a more business-oriented approach to the current web application development process.
Performa enables business domain modeling to be performed prior to the development of the application, allowing greater consistency and reuse in subsequent downstream development tasks. By functioning at a higher business level, Performa shields business users from the underlying arcane codes and technical languages offering a highly intuitive graphical environment where complex transactional web applications can be assembled as easily as drawing a flowchart.
Built on top of the latest open standards such as the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) XForms 1.0 specifications, Performa ensures flexibility and scalability to incorporate other compatible standards and systems.
Performa’s seamless manifestation of the various business document format standards in the form of business entities also improves the efficiency and cost of electronic exchange of business documents between companies.
Performa is a key component of Xynthesis, a suite of integrated products (Performa, Eureka, Maestro and Nexus) that covers different aspects of business needs including User Interface, Business Rule, Workflow, and Backend Integration. It is designed from ground up to provide a complete enterprise solution platform that is built around the needs of the modern business world. Xynthesis deals with higher-order business assets that can be understood by business people and assembles them into a robust and fully functional system easily with unprecedented business agility.
