
FuzSearch, hosted on an ASP model, provides intelligent features with multi-lingual search capabilities for quick and precise information retrieval enhancing companies' eBusiness
Singapore, 26 June 2002 - CrimsonLogic, a leading IT solutions provider, today introduces FuzSearch, an advanced, intelligent site search service for business websites and Intranets.
FuzSearch, the first of its kind developed in Asia, combines patented Human Logic search technology and pan-Asian language text matching capability. It enables online visitors quick information retrieval, instantly and accurately on a website, increasing the chances of customer satisfaction and potential transactions for companies. FuzSearch also empowers companies to make informed decisions on eBusiness strategies with its comprehensive site analysis reports on the behavioural patterns of their online visitors.
FuzSearch is offered by CrimsonLogic on an application service provider (ASP) model. Companies pay an annual subscription fees based on the service plan that they choose. As a hosted service, all search-processing technicalities and maintenance of FuzSearch are undertaken by CrimsonLogic. The service is easy and quick to set up. There are no additional infrastructures, maintenance, enterprise licences, manpower or other costly investments to enable FuzSearch on subscribers' websites.

A partnership with Mustard Technology, FuzSearch's human logic technology mimics human information processing to retrieve precise results from ambiguous or imprecise requests. It allows cross-language, typography, phonetic matching searches with a higher level of tolerance for search errors. This means that online visitors will be able to obtain a more accurate and straight to the point query result within a shorter time when compared to using other search engines. FuzSearch can also be integrated onto companies' Intranet.
