Pacific Integrated Logistics (PIL) is a one-stop logistics service provider offering freight, transportation, warehousing, distribution, third-party warehouse logistics, supply chain management and other complementary services.
Incorporated in Singapore in April 2000, PIL’s principal activities include international air and sea forwarding, custom clearance and logistics distribution.
In the past, various software applications were used for PIL’s permit processing, air waybill and manifest submissions, and logistics information processing and management. The use of different applications for the various logistics processes resulted in many duplicated manual processes, data re-entry and even costly inaccuracies and mistakes made by manual entries.
To address these inefficiencies, PIL was looking for an eCommerce solution to streamline its third-party logistics services.

It provides PIL with a single, integrated platform to execute freight services such as booking and exchange of shipping documents (e.g. Waybill, Shipping Order) through electronic means. It also enables PIL to access shipping information and exchange shipping documents such as Shipping Instruction, Bill of Lading, and Delivery Order on a real-time basis.
