Versioned Legislation Management
This solution facilitates the development of an electronic database of legislation and subsidiary legislations. Our solution electronically captures the texts of all the statutes and subsidiary legislation of a state or country. Using Standard Generalised Markup Language (“SGML”) the legislation can be stored in a versioned format enabling time-based retrieval through an easy-to-use interface.
Through the use of electronic records and a document workflow management system, the solution makes it easier and more efficient for court users to manage large volumes of legislative documents. It also reduces the cost of managing the consolidation of legislation via an automated consolidation system.
