Maxicare - the second largest Health Management Organisation (HMO) in the Philippines, is currently using a web-based end-to-end solution developed by CrimsonLogic for HMOs and health insurance companies to flexibly manage its operations, ranging from medical benefits management, membership administration and claims processing, to billing and generating specialized management reports for reference and analysis. The system eliminates the laborious process of manually submitting multiple claim forms and automates the processes between the parties involved and blends them into one seamless procedure. As a result, HMO and insurers will greatly increase their efficiency, delivery quality and operational transparency, with shorter turnaround time and real-time utilization performance.
