No matter what difficulties you may encounter, quick answers are now only a click away. Our user-friendly FAQ are designed for at-a-glance reference with step by step instructions to guide you.   Extension of TradeWeb Training
 

We are pleased to inform you that the training duration on TradeWeb application has been extended to 1.5 days from the previous 1 day.

The change is part of our effort to enhance experiential learning for our trainees. You will have the opportunity to familiar yourselves with the functionalities in greater detail and to learn how to use our Network Billing System (NBS). Practical exercises will also be included. The extended hours also allow trainees more time to clarify questions that they might have.

First time subscribers enjoy the first training day Free. Subsequent half day training fees will be $90. For more details, check our training schedule or call Training Department at 6887 7888 (Press 3).

 
  Enhancement to TN21 portal - List of Declaration
 

With effect from 1 May 2006 , you will be able to experience the enhancements made when you login to the TN21 UI portal .

The new functions include:

Direct link to your Trade Declarations upon login

  +

Trade Declaration “Search”

  + Contact Details for Controlling Agencies
  +

Trade Declaration Submission

 

This initiative is part of our effort to improve the usability of our web applications. We hope that you will find this portal more informative and user-friendly now.

  CPFIRASLine is renamed Provident and Tax (PAT)
 

CPF/IRASLine has been renamed ‘Provident and Tax' or (PAT) with effect from 1 April 2006 . You will still be able to access our services at the existing URL till 31 May 2006 . However, from 1 June 2006 , you will be required to visit www.pat.com.sg to file your employees' monthly CPF contributions and yearly IRAS documents.

Many of you would have received a letter dated 13 Mar 2006 informing you of the renaming exercise. This change is part of CrimsonLogic's re-alignment of its eGovernment services in accordance with existing regulations to provide for B2G (business to government) services in Singapore.

 
  The effect of enabling and disabling your pop-up blocker
 

Getting uninvited advertisements or worse, inappropriate contents popping up in the middle of your computer screen while you are using the internet can be quite annoying. Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) Internet Explorer allows you to prevent most pop-up windows from appearing over pages that you are viewing while you're using the Internet.

However, the set-back of having a pop-up Blocker is that it also blocks off displays and information that you probably need to know. Your PC will then come to a halt if it is not disabled.

For example, some of our applications display messages or information required for printing via a pop-up window in response to user's request. If your Pop-up Blocker is turned on (for Win XP SP2 users only), you will not be able to see the display and hence not able to proceed further.

At this point in time, you should select the Turn Off Pop-up Blocker as shown below.

 
  Once you complete your task, you may turn it on again.

  Any change of particulars?
 

If there are changes to your company's details, such as registration no, mailing address, email, contact person and number, please update us at our Customer Administration Department 68877888, press option 2, or email customeradminsupport@crimsonlogic.com . This will ensure that you are kept updated of the latest information.

Other services provided by Customer Administration Department include password reset, change of GIRO arrangement and subscription-related matters.
