Adobe has announced that the new Acrobat 8 will be released by end November 2006. Acrobat 7 licenses may not be available after Acrobat 8 is released and upgrading from Acrobat 4 may not be possible. Please contact these vendors directly to purchase Acrobat 7 (Standard Edition).
lease note that EFS documents are to be saved as PDF 1.3 (Acrobat 4) format as usual , until further notice. EFS Front-End support for Acrobat 8 will be announced in due course. In the meanwhile, please continue to use Adobe 4, 5, 6, or 7 and save as PDF 1.3. Refer to this document for step-by-step instructions. |
