Depending on the services subscribed, users of applications services such as PAT, Supplier Web EDI, PCOM
etc may receive email notifications when their submissions are successfully routed to the authority for processing or when there is an item needed for follow up.

If you have not received them, it could be that the email addresses provided in the application are invalid or have changed.

Another common reason is that the spam blocker installed in the corporate mail servers are blocking or filtering emails that are being delivered in bulk.

In our letter dated 10 Oct 2006 to all TradeWeb subscribers, we announced the launch of our new portal called Integrated Trade Declaration (ITD). ITD serves as a platform in bringing together global customs declaration communities and enable traders and service providers to prepare and submit customs declarations to various countries' authorities.

As part of the change, TradeWeb is now accessible via the ITD portal at this new URL, https://tradedec.tradepalette.com . You are advised to update your browser bookmark accordingly.

If you are still accessing to TradeWeb via the current portal at https://traders.tradepalette.com , you may still do so. However, please note that you will be automatically re-directed to the new portal soon. The re-direction date will be posted on the TradeWeb announcement page.

We strongly encourage all EFS users who have not upgraded to Acrobat 7, to do so as soon as possible .

Adobe has announced that the new Acrobat 8 will be released by end November 2006. Acrobat 7 licenses may not be available after Acrobat 8 is released and upgrading from Acrobat 4 may not be possible. Please contact these vendors directly to purchase Acrobat 7 (Standard Edition).

lease note that EFS documents are to be saved as PDF 1.3 (Acrobat 4) format as usual , until further notice. EFS Front-End support for Acrobat 8 will be announced in due course. In the meanwhile, please continue to use Adobe 4, 5, 6, or 7 and save as PDF 1.3. Refer to this document for step-by-step instructions.

If your payroll software vendor is unable to update the software, you can continue to transmit the year 2006 income details of your employees to IRAS in the existing file format that adheres to the new IRAS policies. However, for 2007 income submission (in year 2008), only the New Format will be supported.

We are pleased to inform you that Carrefour and CrimsonLogic have jointly introduced three new tiered pricing plans from 1 November 2006 . The tiered pricing is more cost effective and will benefit suppliers with monthly transaction volume exceeding 50 Purchase Orders.

Under the new pricing plan, there will be an automatic upgrade from Plan 3 to Plan 4 for suppliers who receive more than 50 Purchase Orders a month. Please note that the new pricing plan is an add-on to the current supplier pricing plans. The new pricing will not affect the current customers on the zero subscription plan.
