With the rise of bilateral and international businesses, free trade zones and agreements, the need for efficient business and administrative processes becomes critical to the country’s economic success, such as greater level of automation on documentation, statutory approvals and trade facilitation.

For more than 20 years, CrimsonLogic implemented trade solutions worldwide that are based on the Single Window concept. This innovative solution enables stakeholders within the supply chain to quickly gain access to detailed information and reduce the time spent on processing each transaction, enabling more to be managed with the same amount of time.

Our trade facilitation and Single Window systems have been successfully implemented across five continents and in more than 20 countries. Over the years, we have continuously improved our systems in tandem with the latest developments in trade and logistics, ranging from across board government deployment to a single agency implementation, to be more agile, flexible and scalable, meeting customer needs.

We have in-depth experience and knowledge in developing and operating eGovernment services based on models, such as Public-Private Partnerships, Build-Operate-Transfer or other hybrid arrangements. The choice of appropriate operational and financial models is critical to ensuring the success and sustainability of eGovernment services.

Trade Facilitation Platform for Free Trade Zone, Panama
In 2007, the Panama Colon Free Zone Administration selected CrimsonLogic to build an electronic documentation system, which enhanced trade facilitation within the free trade zone. This platform serves the free trade zone eco-system, which includes freight forwarders, customs brokers, importers and exporters, enabling them to file all their documentation electronically online to the Colon Free Zone Administration and the Panama Customs.
