Launch of the ClinicWeaver Consult

The ClinicWeaver Consult, a new software module for General Practitioners (GPs) that improves the quality of care and efficiency of consultation for patients, was launched on 28 July 2009. The launch, held at Orchard Parade Hotel, had as Guest-of-Honour Dr Sarah Muttitt, Chief Information Officer of Ministry of Health Holdings Pte Ltd, who shared on a National Electronic Health Record System for Singapore.
In conjuction with the launch, CrimsonLogic also held a media luncheon to announce Healthway's roll-out of the ClinicWeaver Consult in their network of clinics.
The ClinicWeaver Consult improves the consultation process through automating key clinical procedures. This helps GPs to conclude diagnosis and draw up prescriptions more efficiently, giving them ten percent more time with patients. By shortening clinical processes and streamlining the administrative workflow, the risk of prescription errors is consequentially reduced.
