| Ditium successfully integrated the Umero Communications Workflow Server to the existing Siebel backend system used by the Singapore Police Force. |

| With the integration in place, documents could be extracted automatically from the Siebel system, converted and faxed by Umero with minimal human intervention. |

| Significant savings were achieved through reduced paper and printer ink usage. Costs associated with maintaining fax machines were also eliminated. Staff productivity and efficiency levels were increased as they no longer have to walk to and fro, or queue just to send out a fax. |

| Staff had to extract data from the SAP system, print the data and then fax it out. This was very time consuming and a huge waste of resources. |

| Umero CWS, umSAP and umRightFAX were employed for integration with the existing SAP backend database system. Staff can now have the information faxed all within the comfort of their desks by sending the data to RightFAX straight from SAP through Umero. |

| DSO thus achieved costs savings in terms of reduced paper and printer ink usage, elimination of physical fax machines and their associated costs, savings of employee hours spent. |
