Ho Ghim Siew is the Head of Group Strategy & Cargo Solutions reporting to the Group CEO. She is a Senior Management Council Member of PSA International.

Ghim Siew is responsible for developing and maintaining PSA’s overall group business strategy with a focus on major industry trends and potential shifts. She also leads Cargo Solutions’ development, formulating partnerships with cargo owners, shippers and logistics service providers to enable more resilient, agile and sustainable supply chains, by leveraging the port’s connectivity, services and digital platforms.

Prior to her current portfolio, she was the Head of Group Commercial and Strategy in 2017 and drove the Group’s commercial strategies in support of its activities and relationships with key global shipping lines. Ghim Siew has held various management positions across the Group including roles in engineering, commercial, operations, contracts and supplier management in PSA Singapore (PSA SG). Appointed as Head of Commercial for PSA SG in 2010, she was responsible for the business volume and yield in the container business in PSA SG. She has notably played a key role in restructuring PSA SG’s major customer relationships in joint ventures and long-term contracts.

She is also the mentor to future leaders of PSA, providing guidance and counsel on their personal career development.

Ghim Siew attended the National University of Singapore and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
