The Integrated Legal Requisition System (InteReq) is a joint initiative by Singapore Academy of Law and CrimsonLogic to speed up the process of conveyancing transactions. With InteReq, lawyers can easily send legal requisitions to relevant government agencies (such as LTA, BCA, URA, IRAS, NEA and PUB) and submit online requests for the issuance of Certificates (under Section 47 [S.47] of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act [BMSMA]) from managing agents of MCSTs and receive replies from them. The Public Search Service - Integrated Land Information Service (PSS-INLIS) provides a convenient access to Singapore Land Authority's (SLA) Integrated Land Information Service to aid conveyancing processes. SLA’s web-based platform provides instantaneous access to land information from a comprehensive database of land and properties. Property information can be obtained using address, lot number, title document number, postal code or building / development name of the property. It is also possible to search on a piece of property by clicking on the land within a graphical map.
