Early Beginnings
CrimsonLogic was part of the government initiative in 1988 to develop TradeNet® - the world’s first single window system to facilitate trade in Singapore. It connects multiple parties involved in external trade transactions, including Singapore Customs, Port Authority and 33 other government controlling agencies, to a single online platform for most trade documentation tasks, such as processing import and export permits, and certificates of origin. It serves both the government and trading community by processing about 9 million online transactions annually.
As the Customs Authorities evolve into a more trade facilitator role, there is a need for a comprehensive, flexible Customs Management System. Our Custom Management System is designed to be compliant with various international best practices, including the World Customs Organisation’s (WCO) guidelines and recommendations such as the SAFE Framework of Standards, Risk Management, Post Clearance Audit, Data Model, Unique Consignment Reference (UCR) and Authorised Economic Operator (AEO).
eGovernment
Leveraging on the success of TradeNet® and experience gained in trade facilitation, CrimsonLogic ventured into other areas of eGovernment, such as eServices, eCitizens, eJustice, electronic security (e.g. Public Key Infrastructure and document security), paperless filing, business registration and licensing, eHealthcare and cloud computing. We have also embarked on various acquisitions through the years to further enhance our domain knowledge in eGovernment. Since then, we have strengthened our portfolio of eGovernment solutions, and governments from all over the world have benefited from our online government innovations, enhancing their interactions and user experience with citizens and businesses.

In addition, our eStamping solution for document security further combats duplication and fraud by using computer-based security to stamp documents.

Our eHealthcare solution is aligned with the government’s medical initiatives to provide affordable and accessible care delivery through the implementation of Electronic Health Records. Integrating technology and healthcare services, we are able to digitise and standardise the electronic exchange of medical records (i.e. Electronic Health Record and Electronic Medical Record) across the healthcare sector quickly and securely. Our ClinicWeaver is a one-stop GP solution for business, clinical Electronic Medical Record and administrative needs. It integrates seamlessly with various government agencies, such as the Ministry of Health, and provides them with data for analysis, monitoring and planning. Medical practices can conveniently submit clinical indicators, immunisation reports, disease notifications to the various government agencies.
