Chan Vai Ngoi is currently the Senior Vice President (Group Finance) of PSA International, overseeing the global financial reporting of the PSA Group which includes financial statements preparation and reporting, corporate accounting functions, financial planning and analysis, forecasting and budgeting. She is also responsible for developing and implementing global financial policies and procedures, and in charge of the global financial and reporting system.

Vai Ngoi joined PSA in 2000. Since then, she has held several positions in the various aspects of corporate accounting and reporting. She has also been a key support in the shaping of the global footprint of PSA, where she provides support in strategic planning and is constantly engaged in merger and acquisition deals, corporate restructuring as well as debt raising activities.

Prior to joining PSA, Vai Ngoi spent 4 years in auditing with international accounting firm, Price Waterhouse. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
