Your role
Our Data Engineering team which comprises of Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager, and Director will come together to play a key role in delivering data driven solutions/products. The team will research, propose, and implement data analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence use cases in our products as well as cultivating a positive engineering culture in the company!
You will be involved in all/any of the following key activities:
- Collaborate to analyse requirements and solutioning.
- Design data integration, normalisation, and data quality framework.
- Perform data analysis to assess quality and meaning of data and troubleshoot data related issues.
- Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Assist in the gap analysis with customers, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation of projects.
- Research on relevant trending and emerging technologies and provide improvement recommendation.
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Requirements
Years of experience:
- Data Scientist: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Data Engineer: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Technology Exposure:
- Programming language: Python, R
- Framework: Kafka, Elastic Search, ReactJS, AngularJS
- Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL, MongoDB, Oracle DB
- Cloud: Azure, AWS
- Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
- Experience in designing and building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or any other industry standard toImplementation experience with any industry standard Data Virtualization engine.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or any relevant field.
