Your role

Our Human Resources team works together to drive, define, and deliver HR expertise to our internal customer groups in the area of business partnering, talent acquisiton, compensation & benefits, organizational development as well as general HR operational matters.

As part of the team, you will be involved in all/any of the following key activities:

  • Implement end-to-end HR strategies to meet the People Priorities. 
  • Develop effective working relationship with local and global customer groups to ensure HR initiatives are well aligned to business requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategy for Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Retention. 
  • Manage HR Operations to fulfil the day-to-day deliverables for internal customers – employees and leaders.
  • Identify improvement opportunities (e. Outputs from HR analytics) and work with internal customers to design and develop solutions/priorities on people needs
  • Provide ‘best practice’ advice and guidance on HR issues to local customer groups, HR team and HR designates within the geography. 
  • Lead and/or support the delivery of HR projects to ensure the delivery of global, regional and local HR and business priorities
  • Source internal / external partners/vendors to deliver HR expertise.                                                                                   

 


 

Requirements

 

Years of experience:

  • Managerial Role: Minimum of 10 years of hands on experience in HR Generalist / Business Partnerting / Talent Acquisition / Learning & Development / Compensation & Benefits field. 
  • Non-Managerial Role: 3 - 7 years of hands on experience in HR Generalist / Business Partnerting / Talent Acquisition / Learning & Development / Compensation & Benefits field. 
  • Regional experience working with diverse stakeholders.  
  • Experience working in the technology sector is preferred.
  • Resourceful, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is preferred. 
  • Meticulous, team player, logical conceptual skills, resourceful and able to multitask in a fast-paced changing environment.  

 

Certification: 

  • IHRP or relevant HR certification.   

 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Pscyhology, or any other relevant field.
