As Head of Delivery & Technical Services, Isson is responsible for global competency development, organizational excellence, and optimal technical resource utilization to ensure cost-effective and reliable service delivery for both Applications and Infrastructure projects.

Isson joined CrimsonLogic in 2017 as Head of Global Technology Services, overseeing offshore Software Development Centers in Bangalore (India) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). He was responsible for the initial set-up of the Malaysian Center, as well as the Panama Software Development Center for the delivery of projects in the Latin American and Caribbean regions.

Isson was seconded to CrimsonLogic India from 2017 to 2019 as General Manager of the Bangalore Software Development Center. He was instrumental in leading the implementations of several global service deliveries, such as the Single Electronic Window for the Omani Sultanate, Trade Facilitation projects for several countries in the African sub-continent and the Digitization Program for the Fijian Government.

Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Isson served as a Service Delivery Director at NCS, where he led the Banking and Capital Markets function. In this role, he managed a diverse range of service delivery activities related to Banking and Sovereign Wealth Funds. Isson also held positions as a Program Manager for Mahindra Satyam Singapore and an Application Manager at Singapore Computer Systems, where he successfully delivered public sector projects. 

With over 30 years of experience in IT service delivery, Isson led the development and implementation of several key National Systems such as the Patient Care System – PACES II (Healthcare) and the Army Training Information Systems for Ministry of Defense (MINDEF), as well as the Singapore Citizen Information, Registration, and Immigration System (CIRIS) for Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Ministry of Home Affairs.

Isson holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.
