As Head of Europe, Middle East, Africa & South Asia, Leong Seng is responsible for driving CrimsonLogic’s revenue in the regions.

Prior to his current role, Leong Seng was Chief Technology Officer of Global eTrade Services (GeTS), responsible for the subsidiary’s products and services roadmap, expanding the portfolio and driving product innovation. He also helmed other roles, such as Vice President of the Legal Sector Group, driving growth, viability and sustainability of the company’s business through the implementation of efficient and cost-effective IT solutions to customers in the legal domain. Double-hatting as Head of Regional Headquarters, Singapore, he was tasked to formulate and drive local business strategies, while deepening relationships with key customers.

Leong Seng joined CrimsonLogic in 1998 and was appointed Project Manager of Saudi Arabia’s nationwide trade facilitation project in 2003. He later assumed the role of Program Director and Head of Regional Presales and Delivery in the Middle East, where he led his team in implementing several nationwide legal and trade facilitation projects, including the United Arab Emirates' Ministry of Justice's eJustice Program and the Federal Customs' Maqasa Clearance System. Leong Seng’s wealth of experience in the region later enabled him to head the Middle East & Africa team, as Senior Director. Some of his major project wins include the Oman Single Electronic Window and the Namibia eJudiciary System.

Leong Seng graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Birmingham City University, United Kingdom.
