As Head of Digital Government Products at CrimsonLogic, Melvin is a seasoned IT professional with a 17-year tenure in the industry, specializing in the Digital Government sector for the last 13 years. In his role, Melvin strategically aligns product initiatives with the overall business strategy, spearheading product innovation.

Melvin joined CrimsonLogic in 2010 as a Presales Consultant in the UAE, where he was responsible for designing functional solutions and client management. Over the years, he progressed to program management, crafting technical solutions that seamlessly integrated with customer ecosystems.

In 2016, Melvin assumed the role of Senior Manager, where he established the Microsoft and Business Intelligence practices at CrimsonLogic. His leadership skills played a crucial role in navigating challenging projects. Melvin's career has been marked by pivotal contributions in presales, project management, and providing technical solutions.

Melvin holds a Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering from Anna University, a certificate in Advanced Project Management from Stanford, and is currently pursuing a Master in Technology at the National University of Singapore. Outside work, he gives back to the community through volunteering as a member of the Information Technology Resource Panel with the Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA).
