Steven Lee is the Senior Vice President of Group Human Resource, and an Associate Member of the Senior Management Council of PSA International.

In his current role, Steven works with the Global Head of HR in leading Group HR’s overall human resources strategy, strategic talent acquisition & development, mobility, organisational development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology and employee/union relations. He is experienced in change management and organisational and workforce transformation efforts, helping to upskill and prepare the workforce for the future.

Prior to his current role in HR, Steven has been rotated across various aspects of the business, such as business development, commercial, terminal resource management, shipper services/logistics, as well as an overseas stint in PSA’s 2nd flagship terminal in Antwerp, Belgium.

Steven holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University.
