Varun is the Head of Trade (Business) Products. He leads a dynamic team of over 70 staff, overseeing the development of B2B-focused solutions. He steers the product roadmap, go-to-market, and customer engagement strategies. Varun has also successfully launched the next-generation logistics product, underscoring his proficiency in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions within the logistics sector.  

Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Varun served as an Assistant Vice President at Singapore Post (SingPost), managing and redefining contract costing and pricing mechanics for SingPost International Business, and introducing multi-modal pricing to enhance the company's eCommerce logistics service offerings.

At Quantium Solutions (a SingPost Group company), Varun led a comprehensive overhaul of the eCommerce logistics product portfolio. From ideation and feature definition to drafting of legal terms, he played a pivotal role in ensuring the development of commercially viable logistics solutions for both hybrid (postal) and commercial networks. His responsibilities also included defining the product roadmap for the Transport Management System, leading Covid-19 planning and control in multiple regions, and overseeing Business Continuity Plans. Furthermore, Varun implemented strategic initiatives and played a pivotal role in driving regional transformation efforts. Varun also served as the Country General Manager for Quantium Solutions Philippines, displaying adept management of cross-border logistics, last-mile delivery, warehousing, and mailroom operations.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Delhi, Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
