As Senior Vice President and Head of Global Technical Resource Management at CrimsonLogic, Isson leads the strategic oversight of the company’s Software Delivery Centers (SDCs) and outsourced teams while driving the development of technical competencies across the organization. His focus on maximizing resource efficiency and effectiveness enables CrimsonLogic to swiftly adapt to evolving market conditions, enhancing both productivity and sustainability.

Isson joined CrimsonLogic in 2017 as Head of Global Technology Services, where he was pivotal in establishing the Malaysian and Panama Software Development Centers, extending the company's reach and capability in the Latin American and Caribbean regions. He has successfully managed the offshore Software Development Centers in Bangalore, India, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services for both application and infrastructure projects. During his tenure as General Manager of the Bangalore Software Development Center from 2017 to 2019, Isson spearheaded several high-profile global service deliveries, including the Single Electronic Window for the Sultanate of Oman, trade facilitation projects across multiple African nations, and the Fijian Government’s digitization program.

Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Isson served as Service Delivery Director at NCS, where he led the Banking and Capital Markets division, overseeing a broad spectrum of service delivery activities for banking institutions and sovereign wealth funds. His career includes senior roles such as Program Manager at Mahindra Satyam Singapore and Application Manager at Singapore Computer Systems, where he managed and delivered complex public sector projects. With over 30 years of experience in IT service delivery, Isson has played a significant role in developing and deploying critical national systems, including the Patient Care System (PACES II) for the healthcare sector, the Army Training Information Systems for the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), and the Singapore Citizen Information, Registration, and Immigration System (CIRIS) for the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Ministry of Home Affairs.

Isson holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.
