Your role

Our Project Management team comprises of 2 mainstreams which are Application and Infrastructure. As a Project Manager, your key mission is to lead the project through various stages to successful delivery of the project assigned with key activities such as scoping, implementation, budget and time management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management. You will be involved in all/any of the following key activities: 

• Responsible for execution of projects from initiation to closure.
• Ensure that project is executed based on project plan to meet business objectives within agreed cost, timelines, and quality.
• Identify project risks, perform risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders and geographically dispersed cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track project deliverables and ensure projects are completed within budget, schedules, quality standards, and in compliance to security guidelines and governance processes.                     

Requirements

Years of experience:

• Project Manager (Application): Minimum 8 years of experience in managing applications development projects with at least 2 full SDLC implementations. 
• Project Manager (Infrastructure): Minimum 10 years of experience in related field with at least 5 years of management role. 

Certifications:

• Overseas work experience and managing projects for overseas customers
• Ability to work independently, lead and manage cross functional teams spread across multiple geographic regions.
• Demonstrate leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record in managing mid to large scale overseas projects 
• Willingness to travel for short or long-term durations for projects                                   

Education: 

• Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
