Li Hao oversees the full spectrum of CrimsonLogic’s Marketing and Communications functions globally. His responsibilities span crafting comprehensive go-to-market strategies, driving brand building initiatives, and managing internal and external communications to foster a cohesive corporate culture and enhance the company's global reputation.
With a wealth of experience across diverse industries and regions, from multi-nationals to start-ups, Li Hao is an accomplished marketing professional with a proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive sustainable business growth.
Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Li Hao was Regional Head of Marketing at Ninja Van, one of Singapore’s top start-ups and unicorns. He was instrumental to their rapid growth and ascent to being one of Southeast Asia’s top 3PLs during their formative years from 2017 to 2021, building the marketing function from scratch across the region and spearheading the company’s branding and marketing efforts. Between 2012 and 2017, he also managed several large and fast-growing brand portfolios across the L’Oreal Groupe, where he brought various skincare brands like Lancome and Biotherm to life in local markets, showcasing his ability to navigate and elevate diverse brand landscapes.
