Goh Mia Hock is Group Head of Technology at PSA International and is responsible for growing and safeguarding the PSA technology franchise across all PSA businesses, in three areas: Information Technology, Digitalisation and Data, and Engineering. Mia Hock also drives Group Innovation efforts and sits on the Senior Management Council of PSA International.
In his previous Ports Operations Development and Group IT portfolios, Mia Hock provides the leadership in deriving global port operational and IT synergies and spearheading innovation for the PSA Group. He promotes the sharing of operations, engineering and IT knowledge across all PSA business units globally. Mia Hock and his team oversee the benchmarking of terminal productivity and identify emerging technologies that PSA applies not only in its core container handling business but also in logistics and IT platform solutions. He set up the formal data organization within PSA and promotes the advance application of data analytics and its assimilation into the business processes of PSA. He and his team put in place the framework for climate response in PSA, working with PSA business units globally to strive towards achieving decarbonization targets.
Mia Hock built his career with PSA for more than 30 years. Before his current portfolios, he was involved in senior positions in terminal planning, company secretarial and corporate affairs work.
