With ABI Query, users can quickly gain access to shipment statuses, identify issues early, and take timely action to avoid any operational delays. The solution directly connects to CBP’s ACE through the ABI interface, ensuring authoritative CBP data is delivered in real time.

Bill of lading status

View every disposition code such as 5H, 1C, 1D, 1F, 1H, and 1I directly in the system for complete visibility. Full coverage across all transport modes (Air, Truck, Ocean, Rail).

Access CBP data beyond standard entry responses

Access on-demand CBP data beyond standard entry responses. While entry status are automatically returned after filing, brokers often need additional CBP data to support release checks, compliance validation, and exception handling. ABI Query provides quick access to manifest and in-bond status, importer and bond details, manufacturer (MID) and FIRMS data, AD/CVD and quota information, and other CBP reference queries — all without manually navigating the ACE portal.
