Lim Chee Boon is Assistant Vice President (Commercial Growth & Accounts), Group Commercial, at CrimsonLogic, where he leads the company’s business growth strategy across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. He is responsible for driving strategic market development, strengthening key account relationships, and advancing expansion initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term regional and corporate objectives.
Since joining CrimsonLogic in 2013, Chee Boon has held progressively broader roles across multiple regions. He began with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), supporting market entry and business development efforts, and contributing to large-scale public sector engagements that expanded the company’s footprint across the region. His work has centered on advancing trade facilitation, customs modernization, and the digitalization of port ecosystems to improve trade efficiency and the broader business environment.
Building on this experience, Chee Boon later assumed responsibilities for the South Asia market, where he led growth initiatives and strategic account development. He has played a key role in expanding into frontier markets across SSA, South Asia, and APAC, identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and aligning commercial strategies with diverse regulatory and institutional landscapes.
Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Chee Boon held regional roles in business operations across APAC, with experience spanning the Information and Communication Technology and aviation sectors.
Chee Boon holds a Bachelor of Technology (Computronics) from Deakin University, Australia.
