As Senior Vice President for Region EMEA-SA, Leong Seng is responsible for driving CrimsonLogic’s revenue in the Europe, Middle-East Africa and South Asia regions. He is also part of CrimsonLogic’s Senior Management Committee.
Before this role, Leong Seng was the CTO of GeTS’ (Global eTrade Services), responsible for the subsidiary’s products & services roadmap, and expanding the portfolio and driving product innovation. He has also taken up other roles, such as the Vice President for Legal Sector Group (LSG), driving growth, viability and sustainability of the company’s business through the implementation of efficient and cost-effective IT solutions to customers in the Courts and legal domain. He double-hatted as Head of Regional Headquarter Singapore (RHQ Singapore), where he was tasked to create and drive the business strategies in Singapore, while deepening customer intimacy with the respective key customers in this market.
Leong Seng joined CrimsonLogic in 1998 and was appointed the Project Manager for Saudi Arabia’s nationwide trade facilitation project in 2003. He later assumed the role of Programme Director and Head of Regional Pre-sales and Delivery in the Middle-East region, where he led his team in implementing several nationwide legal and trade facilitation projects, including UAE’s Ministry of Justice eJustice Programme, and Federal Customs Maqasa Clearance System. Later, Leong Seng’s experience in implementing successful projects in the Middle-East region enabled him to take on the role as Senior Director where he headed the RHQ Middle-East & Africa team. Some of his major project wins include Oman Single Electronic Window and Namibia eJudiciary System.
Leong Seng graduated with a Bachelor in Computing from the Birmingham City University in United Kingdom.
