As Head of Group Business Development, Mike spearheads strategic initiatives to pursue business opportunities. Leveraging his extensive experience in product and sales strategies for both the enterprise and government sectors, he is now responsible for identifying new markets for the Group’s products and cultivating key commercial relationships.
Prior to his current role, Mike was Vice President of Trade Compliance (Business) where he led his team in assisting enterprises to fulfill their trade compliance requirements. Under his leadership, compliance transaction volumes experienced a remarkable 60% growth, and he successfully introduced the US eCommerce Import Program. Simultaneously, Mike implemented a strategic restructuring of the compliance service offerings, placing a strong emphasis on generating innovative value and enhancing the company's customs nodes connectivity.
Since joining CrimsonLogic in 2006 as Business Development Manager and, later, as Head of Regional Headquarters for Middle East & Africa, Mike has expanded the company’s footprint in the regions by securing more than 20 projects, penetrating 10 new countries and propelling the business with over 20% growth in annual recurring revenue. Prior to CrimsonLogic, he held various portfolios in the tech enterprise sector, ranging from business development to change management.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & Media from Murdoch University, Australia.
