As Chief Financial Officer at CrimsonLogic, Ong Yan Fen spearheads the financial and procurement management within the Group, with a steadfast commitment to sound stewardship and long-term value creation. In her present role, she champions financial operational excellence and establishes the high-level clarity required for agile, data-driven decision-making across the organization. She is also instrumental in building robust corporate governance frameworks and enhancing internal controls to safeguard the integrity of the Group’s financial ecosystem. Central to her leadership is the development of a high-performing finance team and strong business partnerships that align strategy with operational goals to deliver sustainable outcomes. 

With more than three decades of expertise spanning accounting and finance, internal and external audit, and risk management, Yan Fen brings a wealth of experience to her role. She spent over 24 years with PSA Group in leadership positions in accounting and finance, including an overseas posting as Head of Finance in PSA Antwerp, the Group’s flagship terminal in Belgium. Her tenure at PSA also encompassed roles in Group Business Development and Group Internal Audit & Risk Management, where she contributed significantly to strengthening the company’s financial resilience and strategic growth. Prior to joining PSA, Yan Fen began her career in audit and assurance with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Singapore and Australia. 

Yan Fen holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
