As Head of Digital Ports Products, Rachael leads partnership efforts for the portfolio and scales it globally.
Amidst COVID-19, she spearheaded the new product line for Digital Ports and successfully navigated the acquisition process of a new team. As part of the Digital Ports business strategy, Rachael forged a strong collaboration with its partner to crystallize the Port Community System (PCS) business and engagement models, fortifying CrimsonLogic’s position in the Digital Ports space.
Rachael joined CrimsonLogic in 1995. With more than 25 years of experience in ICT, she helmed diverse management roles, overseeing mission-critical and complex systems. She headed the Trade Sector Group and handled significant trade compliance projects in Singapore and overseas.
She was key to the successful delivery of Singapore’s first web-based TradeNet® system, the world’s first National Single Window enabling B2G and G2G connectivity. In the past 20 over years, Rachael contributed to the advancement of TradeNet® and its users, bringing about significant productivity, cost and efficiency improvements to Singapore’s trading community.
Between 2018 and 2021, Rachael was given the opportunity to run the Public Sector Group, where she was responsible for presales, project delivery and the maintenance support of Digital Government projects.
Rachael has received accolades in recognition of her impact in the IT industry, some of which include the “Singapore 100 Women in Tech 2023” and “Women in Supply Chain 2023”.
Rachael holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Deakin University, Australia.
