As Head of Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, Siddharth’s responsibilities cover the formulation of commercial strategies, attaining revenue targets, managing client and partner relationships, fortifying strategic accounts and management of local operations. His remit entails steering the entirety of CrimsonLogic's activities in the designated regions, ensuring sustained growth and operational excellence. In addition, Siddharth heads the Sales Excellence Office, dedicated to strengthening the company’s global sales capabilities and operations.
Prior to his leadership role in the regional headquarters, Siddharth held a key position as Head of Strategy & Business Development Group in CrimsonLogic. In this capacity, he collaborated closely with the Board, CEO and Senior Management, contributing significantly to the strategic objectives and accomplishments of the company. His role involved furnishing high-level strategic advice, playing an instrumental part in shaping the future operations, capacity, and sustainability of the company's core services and products.
Before joining CrimsonLogic, Siddharth honed his expertise as an IT Analyst at McKinsey & Company in Gurugram, India. During his tenure, he actively supported global teams, leveraging his insights to facilitate operations across various offices. Siddharth started his career at HCL Technologies, where he served as a Software Engineer, specializing in business intelligence and reporting.
Siddharth holds a Bachelor of Electronics & Communications from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India. He furthered his academic pursuits by earning a Master of Business from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA.
