Siew Fern is the Head of Group Strategy. She spearheads the strategic planning process, defines and formulates growth strategies, conducts business performance reviews, analyzes market and industry trends, as well as oversees corporate planning.
She assumes the role of ensuring organizational excellence which involves oversight of the company’s corporate performance and alignment, and the formulation of governance frameworks for portfolio management. Beyond this, she champions corporate excellence by aligning the Board’s vision with the company’s strategic directive. As a liaison to the company's Board of Directors, Siew Fern manages Board affairs and acts as the Secretariat for the Product Review Committee. She also drives the development of the company’s sustainability framework and collaborates with stakeholders to drive key initiatives.
Siew Fern joined CrimsonLogic in 2018 as Product Director and led the product management initiatives for the Digital Government function. She strategically positioned a comprehensive suite of Digital Government products, and extended their reach globally. She also collaborated closely with technical teams to ensure the effectiveness of both technical design and development.
Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Siew Fern was an Assistant Director for Asia Pacific and Latin America at Singapore Cooperation Enterprise. She actively participated in strategic engagements with high-level foreign government officials and key business partners. In this capacity, she facilitated the delivery of advisory, consultancy and implementation services for foreign public sector projects.
Siew Fern holds a Global Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom, a Master of Science in Information Studies from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore, with a Major in Psychology and Sociology. She also contributes to the field of Product Management as a committee member for the Singapore Computer Society.
